How we work
We are a local lead service. When you get in touch, your enquiry goes to a selected, insured damp proofing contractor who works across the King's Lynn area. They carry out the survey, provide the fixed quote, do the work and produce any report. We are not a national firm, and we do not pass your details around a panel of companies.
Why diagnosis matters to us
The damp trade has a poor reputation in places, largely because chemical damp courses are sold for problems that were never rising damp. We would rather the contractor tell you honestly that you have condensation or a leaking gutter — a cheaper fix — than sell you treatment you do not need.
